'Pathways to Self-Healing' has arrived!
Our bodies are meant to be finely tuned spiritual instruments. When they are working properly, we receive intuitive hits continuously indicating to us the path to take to live our life to the fullest and to contribute in the way we are meant to in this physical experience of life. That can be the result of caring for our bodies according to the Laws of Nature and ingest whole foods, positive thoughts and feelings, clean air and we drink mineralized (naturally) water. If we avoid the toxins that are so rampant in the world we live in and we remain consciously aware of our thoughts, feelings and behaviors and intuition, we align ourselves more and more with Source Energy/God and our lives flow more easily and effortlessly.
One of the reasons I think we have turned so much to depend on our EGO to guide us in our lives is because we have totally lost track of who and what we really are and we now feel a great need to be in CONTROL of our experience of life rather than going with the flow. At some point in our life, many of us have lost touch with the SPIRIT that indwells us and we have experienced a sense of separation. I believe that alone is responsible for the many harmful addictions and destructive behaviors we find ourselves dealing with in our lives. We feel as though we have lost our sense of connection with our Source.
Ernest Holmes, metaphysician and author of The Science of Mind which is the foundational teaching for the Centres for Spiritual Living that have proliferated on the planet since the mid 20th century, says that our separation from Source Energy/God is really the only thing that ever needs to be healed. I concur with that statement.
In my many years of practicing as a Mind/Body/Spirit Life Coach and creating and leading transformational self-awareness programs I have realized that ALL dis-ease or illness, and ALL the hurtful feelings - the anger, resentment, disillusionment and betrayal -can be healed through our connection once again with our Source Energy, with God. Once we unify with the Power and Presence that is God, and we acknowledge our life as an individualized expression of this ONE Source, and we allow ourselves to clear the negativity, the toxins and the pain and awaken to the realization that we are powerful beyond measure and we are also loved and loving beyond measure, we rest in the Divine Presence once again.
It has taken me years to go through my own process, and I do not claim to be completely free of negativity, I am still in process. I do know; however, that I have experienced enough to understand what works and what doesn’t work. I have the talents, skills and desire to support others in clearing their pain, waking up to their Spiritual Magnificence and reclaiming their health. Through the work I do, I experience fulfillment in my life and I know that I am living on purpose.
When you get to know me, you will realize that I am totally authentic and I love great RESULTS. I am all about connecting to/with Spirit. I am here to be in service to humanity at the levels of Mind/Body and Spirit. My coaching practice is not about what next step to take in your business, or for that matter in your relationship. It is about BEING YOU. It is about guiding you through the muck and out the other side.
I remind you that it is one of my beliefs that the only thing we ever really need to heal is our sense of separation from Source Energy/God. We ARE NOT SEPARATE, we HAVE NEVER BEEN SEPARATE; we have just used the creative power of mind and our free will to incarcerate ourselves in the prisons of our minds which have manifested into the prisons of our bodies.
We have become a ‘DOING’ society for the most part. The problem is that ‘DOING’ is not necessarily accompanied by the FEELING of CONNECTION and BELONGING for which we, as living beings, are always searching.
If you decide to make the transition from dis-ease to health and you would like some assistance, it would be my pleasure to be of service to you in whatever way(s) I can. I know there are many very talented guides and mentors amongst us. Each of us resonates with those who are most appropriate for us at this time in our evolution. All that is required is that you ask for guidance, let yourself get rid of the toxins your body has accumulated so you can hear the answers, and move forward on this path in the knowledge that there is NO WAY you can ever really FAIL. We will all arrive at the same destination of ONENESS at some point; it is simply a question of when and how.
The Universe is providing many occasions for us to awaken and to feel blessed and inspired through the energetic vortexes that are opening. This does not mean that it is always, or even often, EASY, it just means that we are loved greatly and we are guided in spite of our ignorance.
I encourage you to focus on what you truly desire in your life. Let yourself feel the way you think you would feel if you had it. Get all of your senses involved. See it, touch it, taste it, smell it, hear it. Imagine the world as you want it to BE. Let that energy of love, light and power flow from you and through you. If you find yourself doubting or worrying or going into a negative downward spiral, acknowledge it and simply make a different choice. Release the resentments and hurt feelings that have kept you trapped and find some way to bring yourself back to the feelings you truly want to experience. Use your innate power to claim your good. You will be amazed as you witness and experience the manifestations that occur. You can accomplish all of this in my new ‘Pathways to Self-Healing program.
